Board Secretary Sanjay Jagdale has backed the Big 3 of Indian batting Rahul Dravid, VVS Laxman and Sachin Tendulkar under fire after a string of poor performances in the series against Australia. But the Board is standing by the trio and does not want to push the seniors into retirement. The BCCI Secretary claimed that the big three were under no pressure to quit and that they know when the right time to go is.
