The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) fears that the Ruias and Khaitans, accused in the 2G case, may have fled to Dubai. The fears have arisen after Ruias and Khiatans have not been responding to summons since December 22. Sources also add that the CBI has pasted summons on Khaitans' house.
