Union Cabinet has cleared the Lokpal draft. Sources said the bill will be tabled in the Parliament as early as Thursday. The stage is set also for another Anna-Govt showdown with the cabinet rejecting many of Team Anna's demands. CBI has been kept out of Lokpal but the Prime Minister will come under its ambit with riders.
