A shocking case of criminal negligence occured in the heart of Delhi. At about 9.15am on Thursday the PM's convoy was seen passing through the capital's Dhaula Kuan area. After the calvacade left the area a young man Pramod was riding his bike, when the police unintentionally lifted the security rope which resulted in him being entangled in the rope. Youth has now been treated at the RML hospital for severe injuries.
