Court has awarded life imprisonment to all 31 convicted in the 2002 Sardarpura post-Godhra riot case. Earlier all 31 accused had been found guilty in the 2002 Sardarpura riots case. The accused had allegedly set a house on fire in the Sardarpura village- where 20 women and 13 others had sought refuge from rioters.
