In an exclusive interview to NewsX Jammu and Kashmir Congress president has slammed Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. Omar had said that he wants a rollback of AFSPA to which Congress has responded by saying that neither the Congress nor the Defence Minister was consulted before Omar made this announcement.
