12 babies have died in the most shocking circumstances at the B C Roy Paediatric Hospital hospital in Kolkata. Bad enough as it is, it's the second such instance at the same hospital in 3 months. In July 18 infants died over 2 days. But that isn't stopping either the state government or the Centre in rushing in to rule out negligence.Without holding any inquiry.
