J&K Assembly: MLA's to debate on Afzal's clemency plea

The J&K Assembly will be debating clemency for a man sentenced to death by the Supreme Court. Its MLAs will vote on a resolution to seek mercy for Afzal Guru who is facing the death sentence in Parliament attack case.
