New Delhi: A fire broke out at Bawana slum clusters in Delhi on Friday gutting several hutments. Twenty-fire tenders were reportedly rushed to the site immediately to douse the blaze.
A team of police has also reached the spot. Initial reports said a loud sound was heard before the fire broke out indicating that an LPG cylinder blast could be the cause of the mishap. Officials, however, said the cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained.
The fire was reported at 2.15 pm. No casualty or injury has been reported as yet.
