Nearly 500 thousand Somali children are starving to death, those who are caught between Somalia's worst drought in 60 years and the Islamist terror group the al Shabab. The group has banned Western aid organizations from Somalia and is preventing relief from reaching nearly 11 million of their drought stricken countrymen.
