India News: The "emergency session" of Punjab Vidhan Sabha on Friday lasted 15 minutes. The House unanimously passed a resolution describing Sarabjit Singh "a martyr of the nation". No discussion or debate took place on any issue in the Vidhan Sabha session which began and ended with homage to Sarabjit.
