Former Orissa law minister Raghunath Mohanty and his wife Pritilata Mohanty, who face dowry torture charge levelled against them by their daughter-in-law Barsha Showny Mohanty, were on Saturday arrested from Shalimar area in West Bengal's Howrah district.
