Despite tall assurances of ensuring women safety, in another shocker from Punjab, a 26-yr-old nurse who was in Chandigarh to attend a job interview was abducted, drugged, raped, filmed and thrown out from a car on Bathinda-Dabawali road on Sunday.
The girl has told the police that on alighting the bus, an unknown person came to her asking for an address. But before she could utter a word, she was dragged into a car in which another woman and a man were seated. She was gagged and drugged and when she woke up, she saw four men in the room and one of them was filming her in the nude.
