Two ACPs and a DCP tried interfering with the process while the statement of the victim was being recorded. The top cops influenced the mother of the girl who convinced her not to give the statement. This is led to a whole new controversy and fingers are again pointed at Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar. He has been asked to probe the issue and the Delhi CM has passed on the issue to the PM.
