Khap Panchayat Pronounces Capital Punishment for Rapists

Khap panchayats met in Muzzafar Nagar's Shahjudi village yesterday on the occasion of Choudhary Charan Singh's birth anniversary. And not surprisingly, they pronounced the death sentence for the suspects in the Delhi gang rape incident.
