The company, which was floated in 2006 shows Ideal Road Builders Group Promoter - Mhaiskar and his son J D Mhaiskar, as founder directors. Later, they were joined by Mhaiskar's wife and her brother Ganesh Gadre revealing that its an out and out family-run outfit with no outside income coming in.
