Ingredients:
1/2 kg Chicken (Boneless)
1 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
1 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
1 tbsp Tandoori Garam Masala
1 tbsp Gram Flour
1/2 Lemon juice
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
1 cup Hung Curd
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
1 Capsicum, diced
1 Onion, diced
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, tandoori garam masala, gram flour, lemon juice, fresh cream, hung curd and mix them well.
Add salt, mix well and keep it inside a refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
Heat a grill pan, add butter, oil, chicken and cook it.
Add capsicum, onion, butter and give it a final toss.
Our Chicken Tikka is ready to plate.
