THE FRIENDLY SKIES — A Korean mother traveling with a 4-month-old infant on a ten hour flight from Seoul to San Francisco clearly has being a mom down already.
According to a Facebook post by passenger Dave Corona on February 13, this mom of the millenium handed out more than 200 goodie bags filled with all the essentials in case her baby does what babies often do on flights.
The bags were filled with yummy candies, ear plugs and a super cute note attached.
The note said "hello, I'm Junwoo and I'm 4 months old. Today, I am going to the U.S. with my mom and grandmom to see my aunt. I'm a little bit nervous and scary because it's my first flight in my life, which means that I may cry or make too much noise. I will try to go quietly, though I can't make any promises. Please excuse me. So my mom prepared little goodie bag for you! It has some candies and earplugs. Please use it when it's too noisy because of me. Enjoy your trip. Thank you."
It's safe to say this woman wins at momming. And according to Corona, "not a peep out of the kid" for the entire flight to SF.
So clearly the lesson of the day is that the next time you see a mother traveling with small kids—immediately demand your goodie bag.
