Venezuela: Soldiers deserts as Guaidó prepares to meet Mike Pence

The self-proclaimed president of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó will meet with the US-Vice President in Colombia on Monday to discuss a way to ensure humanitarian aid enters the country.
