Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi arrived in Semenyih riding a dark grey 745cc Honda X-ADV last night.
However, he told reporters that he wasn't there to help the BN machinery campaign for the by-election.
He said he came as an individual on the invitation of an NGO, despite being greeted by the BN candidate on arrival.
