It seems North Korea and the U.S. will discuss returning the remains of more American war dead at their upcoming summit in Hanoi.
According to Radio Free Asia, the Coalition of Families of Korean War and Cold War POWs told the broadcaster,... that it got a confirmation from the U.S. Department of Defense that the two leaders will cover the issue during their talks in the Vietnamese capital.
At last year's summit in Singapore, North Korea promised to repatriate U.S. war remains and sent 55 cases back two months later.
No additional remains have been excavated or sent back since then.
The coalition estimates the remains around five-thousand-three-hundred American soldiers killed during the Korean War are still in North Korea.
