Army wasn't equipped for surgical strike during Congress rule: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi lashed out at Congress and mocked them of keeping the army ill-equipped during Congress' rule. Speaking at a parliament session, Modi said that the Indian Army was not provided with basic amenities during Congress' time.
