Wind Advisory is in effect for the San Joaquin Valley until Sunday at 4 a.m. bringing strong wind gusts up to 45 mph. After the overnight storm, Saturday bringing rain, mountain snow, thunderstorms, and strong winds another storm will follow Monday through Tuesday.
