The U.S. Special representative for North Korea, Stephen Biegun, arrived in Seoul yesterday afternoon and met with his South Korean counterpart Lee Do-hoon.
Seoul's foreign affairs ministry says they discussed Biegun's upcoming working-level talks with the North.
Today, Biegun is expected to visit the presidential office of Cheong Wa Dae to meet with South Korea's National Security Advisor Chung Eui-yong and discuss the latest on the nuclear negotiations.
Tuesday is when Biegun is expected to sit down with his North Korean counterparts at the inter-Korean truce village of Panmunjeom.
It's likely they'll be fine tuning the details of the planned summit between their leaders, scheduled for late February.
