Ingredients:
2 cups Wheat flour
1/2 cup Rice Flour
2 tbsp Ghee
Salt
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tbsp Garam Masala powder
1 tbsp Cumin seed powder
Turmeric powder
1 tsp Carom seeds
1 tsp Sesame seeds
Coriander leaves, chopped
Water
Coriander leaves
Ghee
Flour
Sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add wheat flour, rice flour, ghee, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, sesame seeds, coriander leaves, water and knead it into a dough.
Keep it aside to rest for 10 minutes, take a portion of the dough, dust it with some flour and roll it.
Apply some ghee, flour and start folding it and transform it into a pinwheel.
Spread some sesame on it, press the pinwheel, add some coriander leaves and roll it again.
Place it on a hot pan and cook it on both sides.
Apply some ghee while frying.
Transfer it on a kitchen cloth, apply a dollop of butter and fold it.
Our Chur Chur Paratha is ready.
