Sparks burst out of power lines and the telegraph poles crashed onto vehicles after a demolished building collapsed on them.
Dash-cam video, shot in Jingzhou City in central China's Hubei Province on January 23, shows a fireball and sparks emerging from a power line and fallen telegraph poles lying on vehicles.
According to reports, a building collapsed onto the power lines, causing fire and power failure.
Several vehicles driving past were hit by the fallen poles. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
