Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has threatened to sue Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka for reportedly calling him a kidnapper and a killer.

According to Mutua, Musyoka last week linked him to the disappearance of Machakos Deputy Governor Bernard Kiala’s daughter, Kathleen Nduku.

Meanwhile, Nduku was found safe at a house believed to be her boyfriend’s in Kasarani, Mwiki.

“I will sue him for calling me a killer. A leader of his stature casting aspersions on me and actually calling me a kidnapper and a killer, I cannot tolerate it,” Mutua said.

He said was was getting tired of, “being pushed by the Wiper leadership,” while he kept calm.

“I want to tell them enough is enough. I will sue him for criminal negligence and defamation,” Mutua said.

The Machakos Governor has also called on the National Cohesion and Integration Commission to summon Musyoka to record a statement over his claims which Mutua said were a threat to peaceful coexistence.
