The government now says Kenya will not send troops to South Sudan despite a request made following a resolution by the UN Security Council.
Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohammed says Kenya will however, continue supporting the peace process aimed at ending hostilities in the world's newest nation.
