President Uhuru Kenyatta has directed the National Treasury and the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) to publish regulations clarifying the VAT law to Kenyans.
Kenyatta said on Tuesday that clarity would bar unscrupulous traders from taking advantage of ordinary citizens and overpricing goods.
