Solicitor General Wanjuki Muchemi and Treasury PS Joseph Kinyua were put on the spot by members of the Parliamentary Accounts Committee who questioned the unprocedural payment of legal fees to law firms that the government had enlisted to represent Kenya on in Anglo Leasing related cases filed abroad.
