A tourist has sparked anger after he was seen casually walking along a pier while carrying a protected STARFISH in a plastic bag. The man had stuffed the 12-inch long marine creature, also called a sea star, into transparent bag in Phuket, Thailand, yesterday (22/01) evening at around 6pm.
