Boxing training here has been incredibly productive & rewarding for me. Productive because I have pushed myself well past where I otherwise would have stopped. Rewarding because I have found encouragement and motivation not only from the staff but also from everyone training at this facility, in whatever discipline. The strong camaraderie alone would keep me coming back. I am quite a bit older than other students but can attest that there is absolutely no pre-judgement, racism, sexism or (fortunately for me) ageism. We all sweat together.
