The Gujarat government has announced that it's inked over 28,000 MoUs at the 9th edition of Vibrant Gujarat Summit. A large chunk of these deals- over 21,000 in fact have been struck in the state's MSME sector. CNBC-TV18 spoke to the voices that matter to understand a bit more about the deals.
