Various Winter events are taking place across the country.

Eunkyung fill us in.
Good evening, Daniel. Surrounded by breathtaking snowy mountains, the Taebaeksan Mountain Snow Festival has a range of winter attractions, from giant ice sculptures to ice slides, for visitors to enjoy.
The 8-meter-high sculpture of King Dangun, the mythical founder of the first Korean kingdom more than 4-thousand-350 years ago catches visitors' eyes.
Giant snow sculptures, including other mythological characters such as Zeus and Poseidon, and landmarks like the Sphinx, are the festival's main attractions.
A snow statue of a pig represents the new year of 2019,... and the shipjangseng , the ten traditional symbols of longevity, including a pine tree, turtle and deer, wish visitors the very best for the new year.
As much as 60,000 tons of artificial snow, which is equivalent to 2,400 cargo containers, was used for carving the pieces.
Thirty snow sculptors who worked on the Harbin Ice Lantern Festival in China were invited and have been sweating for nearly a month to create the sculptures.
Visitors can also ride a sled, build a snowman, go down an ice slide and enjoy other winter activities.
The Taebaeksan Mountain Snow Festival which celebrates its 26th anniversary this year, will continue until the 3rd of next month.
Back to you, Daniel.
