According to Broadcasting & Cable, Netflix stock roared as high as $355 before settling a few dollars less.
On the day for Jan. 15th, Netflix shares are up almost 7-percent, but the rally began after the video streaming service announced an increase to pricing for US subscribers.
Netflix has raised prices four times, with the latest happening in late 2017.
But Netflix chose to increase the basic plan for the firs time since 2010.
