TheWrap reports there will be one additional, concluding "Final Destination" film. Writers Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan will write the script for the sixth installment in New Line Cinema’s “Final Destination” franchise. The original film debuted in 2000, and the films have gone on to gross nearly $700 million worldwide.
Melton and Dunstan wrote four of the “Saw” movies. The “Final Destination” films have starred Ali Larter, Seann William Scott, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and many more.
