Pakatan Harapan's M. Manogaran and two independent candidates, Wong Seng Yee and Sallehudin Ab Talib signed a pledge organised by Bersih to keep away from election offences in their campaigns. According to Bersih chairman Thomas Fann, BN candidate Ramli Nor Mohd has yet to sign the pledge.
