Ingredients:-
1 cup Peanuts
3/4 cup Jaggery
1 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Ghee
Ghee for greasing
Method:-
In a vessel, dry roast peanuts on medium flame for 5 minutes.
Let it cool down and then peel of the skin.
In a vessel, add jaggery, ghee, water and make it into thick syrup.
Switch off the flame, add the roasted peanuts, mix well and transfer it on to a greased plate.
Spread the mixture nicely and keep it aside to cool down.
Once it cools down, cut it into pieces.
Our Peanut Chikki is read to serve.
