Residents of Goma, the provincial capital of North Kivu in eastern DR Congo, react to the announcement of the provisional results of the presidential election, with opponent Felix Tshisekedi as the winner. The results, announced at four o'clock in the morning from the capital Kinshasa by the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI), are contested by Lamuka coalition candidate Martin Fayulu.
