Matt LaFleur Named New Head Coach of the Green Bay Packers He replaces longtime Packers coach
Mike McCarthy, who was fired
after 13 seasons. The team finished the year 6-9-1, their fewest wins since 2005. LaFleur spent last season as
Offensive Coordinator of the
Tennessee Titans. The year before, he was the OC
for the Los Angeles Rams. In addition, LaFleur worked as the QB coach for the Washington Redskins and Atlanta Falcons. LaFleur was reportedly chosen due to his past success working with quarterbacks Jared Goff
and Matt Ryan.
