On Sunday, Pope Francis urged European leaders to help 49 migrants currently stuck on two humanitarian rescue ships on the Mediterranean and give them a safe port to dock. In an address to 60,000 people in St. Peter’s Square, the Pope said, "I make a heartfelt appeal to European leaders to show concrete solidarity for these people.
