Crowds gather at Hot Air Balloon Festival in Chennai

The 5th Tamil Nadu International Hot Air Balloon Festival 2019 attracted visitors on Sunday in Chennai. The curtain raiser of the event took place at Mahindra World City. The festival is on from 4th to 6th January.
