Aloo Methi is a simple and quick sabzi recipe made with a blend of spices, baby potatoes and fenugreek leaves. This sabzi recipe goes well with Bajre ki roti, paratha or roti. Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp (Cumin seeds, mustard seeds & fenugreek seeds)
1/2 tbsp Asafoetida
1 tsp Green Chilli & Ginger Paste
Baby potatoes, boiled
Fenugreek leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Coriander& cumin seeds powder
Salt to taste
1tsp Sugar
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds & fenugreek seeds.
Add asafoetida, ginger-green chilli paste, potatoes, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder and mix well.
Add salt, sugar, fenugreek leaves, mix well and cook on low flame.
Our Aloo Methi Sabzi is ready to serve.
