According to a Zipline Logistics survey of 150 trucking companies in the U.S., the most-disliked retailers are all grocery stores. Trucking operator Chad Boblett of Lexington, Kentucky tells Business Insider, "Any of the big grocery places, they're out to mess with you. They create an atmosphere of animosity when dealing with them." In the survey, truckers add that grocery retailers like Kroger, Walmart and Safeway take hours and sometimes even days to unload their trucks. Truckers also claim that may not even sometimes pay drivers for how long they spend at their warehouses.
