The southern cities of Busan and Gwangju will also experience sub zero conditions.
Bundle up with more layers, or avoid going outside on Friday.
The mercury will dip even futher, and the cold wave is likely to continue into the weekend.
Weather agencies say it's an arctic wind that's bringing the cold wave.
Some areas will also get snow... Thursday night through Friday morning.
