Chaos has erupted at one of Britain's busiest airports after large drones forced all flights to be canceled.
London's Gatwick Airport has been closed since Wednesday night, local time, and the British Army has been deployed to help resolve the situation.
One of the options being considered is shooting down the drones and police are still on the hunt for those responsible.
Tens of thousands of travelers have been stranded and passengers due to fly on Thursday and Friday have been advised to check their flight status before going to the airport.
Police said the drone activity was not terror-related but was a "deliberate act" of disruption.
