Juelz Santana Sentenced to 27 Months in Jail Santana was arrested in
March after trying to board a plane
with a loaded handgun and oxycodone pills at Newark International Airport. According to TMZ, he pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and carrying a weapon on
an aircraft. His status as a felon stems from a 2011 arrest for possession of marijuana and firearms. Santana, who appears on VH1's
'Love & Hip Hop,' predicted on the show
that he'd get 27 to 37 months
for the crime. The rapper will be under supervised release for one year after serving his sentence.
