Lyft Files for
Initial Public Offering The ride-sharing service was last valued at about $15 billion. JPMorgan Chase & Co, Credit Suisse and Jefferies have been chosen as its
IPO underwriters. Lyft has not revealed the number of shares it's selling or the price range for the offering in its confidential filing with the
Securities and Exchange Commission this week. Main rival Uber is expected to pursue its own IPO sometime next year as well. Sources say by the time that
happens, Uber's value could be a
staggering $120 billion.
