Ingredients:
1 cup Rice, soaked
1 ½ cup Water
Salt to taste
4-5 Shiitake Mushroom
1 ½ tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 ½ Soy sauce
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Sugar
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Ginger, chopped
2 tbsp Celery, chopped
10-15 Broccoli florets
4-5 Bok Choy, chopped
8-10 Mushroom, diced
3-4 Red Chillies, sliced
1/2 Capsicum, chopped
1 Carrot, julienne
½ cup Bean sprouts
½ cup Spring Onion, chopped
Salt

Method of preparation:
In a clay pot add rice, water, salt and cook it for 8-10 minutes.
In a bowl of mushroom stock, add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, black pepper powder and give it a mix.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, red chilli, celery, cook it for a minute.
Add capsicum, carrot, broccoli, mushrooms, bok choy leaves, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, sauce mix, spring onion, salt and give it a mix.
Pour the gravy on the rice, cover the lid and keep it back on the flame for 2 minutes.
