Last year we brought you the story of Ryan Valenzuela and his mother Debbie. Ryan had been born with a host of health problems such as tracheomalacia and chronic lung disease, just to name a few. That would be more than enough for any family, but Debbie was diagnosed with stage three cervical cancer on top of all that.
Unfortunately, Ryan passed away last week at the age of 13. Debbie, her husband Raymond, and Ryan's twin brother Anthony were devastated by the loss, but their community of support has rallied around them. A Facebook Fundraiser page has been set up by one of Debbie's co-workers to help with the funeral costs and to help Debbie continue her cancer treatment since the family lost their health insurance over a year ago.
